CSL “Think Smart Samoa” Social Media Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Computer Services Limited (“CSL”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 23 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 2 April 2026 (Samoa time). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Samoa aged 18 years and over
• Employees of CSL and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter
• CSL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must:
  • Follow CSL’s official social media page
  • Like or react to the competition post
  • Post a photo in the comments section of the competition post
  • Include a caption explaining why their “Smart One” deserves to win
  • Include hashtag #ThinkSmartThinkCSL

Entries must be original and must not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected based on a combination of the most engagement (likes and reactions) and creativity of the submission
• Final selection will be determined by CSL Management at its sole discretion

All decisions by CSL are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Announcement and Claiming of Prize

• The winner will be announced on 3 April 2026 via CSL’s official social media page
• The winner will be contacted via the platform used to enter
• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification, or CSL reserves the right to select an alternative winner

7. Prize

The prize consists of:

  • Dell Optiplex 7050 Mini PC
  •  Intel Core i5 processor
  • 8GB RAM
  • 256GB Hard Drive
  • 24-inch Dell Monitor
  • Wired mouse and keyboard

The prize is:
• Not transferable
• Not exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash

CSL reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Use of Entries and Publicity

By entering this competition, participants:
• Grant CSL the right to use, reproduce, and publish submitted photos and captions for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation
• Confirm they have obtained consent from any individuals appearing in the submitted content

9. Acceptable Content

Entries must not:
• Contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Include false or misleading information

CSL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these conditions.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CSL:
• Is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, late, or incomplete entries
• Accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or prize

11. General Conditions

• CSL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
• CSL may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
